AS WE THINK

Our work is based in the principles of coaching, outlined for you in the following definition;

CONVERSATION

The Coaching conversation enables a person or an organisation to safely explore their own processes. It connects people with what really matters to them and creates an environment for dynamic change.

EXPERIENCE

The Coaching experience is one of learning; encouraging people to explore new pathways of thinking, develop new skills, problem solve for themselves, increase performance, discover new perspectives, and become aware of new possibilities.

PRINCIPLES

The principles of coaching are effective in both individual and group situations because our focus is on transformative discovery, rather than imposed information.

EMPOWERMENT

Coaching empowers people and organisations to transform and to move forward effectively under their own steam.

I have been to two of Carole and Angus’ workshops, and can’t recommend them enough. Both workshops were tailored for our professional group of career practitioners, and while there were tangible, practical tools that I picked up for my practice, there were also lots of takeaways for my personal life as well. A lovely mix of both professional and personal development.
